These terms cover your use of klikcamera.shop and anything you buy from us. Placing an order means you accept them.

The store

PAMHUN LLC trading as KLIK runs this store. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live to buy from us.

Products and pricing

We describe the camera as accurately as we can, including its limits — it is not waterproof and it has no screen, and both are on purpose. Colours can look slightly different between screens. Prices are in US dollars and can change; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order — for a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent payment, or a destination we cannot ship to. If we cancel, you get your money back in full.

Your account and content

Keep your login details to yourself. Anything you send us — a review, a photo, a message — you confirm is yours to send, and you allow us to show it.

Liability

We are responsible for the product being what we said it is. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as a trip where the photos did not come out how you hoped.

Changes

We can update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
