Shipping policy

Everything we sell ships from our fulfilment partners and is tracked door to door. Here is exactly what happens after you press the button.

Processing

We pack orders within 24 hours, weekends and public holidays aside. During a promotion it can take a little longer, and we will say so on the product page if it does.

Delivery time

Delivery normally takes 7–15 working days, depending on your location and on customs. You get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves us.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders over $90. Anything below that is calculated at checkout from weight and destination.

Wrong address

Write to us at support@klikcamera.shop as soon as you notice. If the order has not been picked yet we can change it. Once it is on the van, the carrier is the only one who can redirect it.

Cancelling

Email support@klikcamera.shop with your order number. If it has not shipped, we cancel it and refund in full. After it ships, the refund policy below applies.
